ABOUT SOUND THERAPY
Sound therapy is a very gentle but effective way to reduce stress and anxiety, and support overall health and wellbeing. Stress creates blockages to the healthy flow of energy in our body and these blockages can ultimately lead to illness and disease. Sound and Vibration can be used to re-tune our bodies to health and one of the most powerful modalities for this is the use of Tibetan Singing bowls.
